Blowup is just what it sounds like: the most awesome movie to come out of the French film industry ever. The protagonist is Antony "The Tony" Tony. Of course, the natural inclination when one hears the title of the film is to think it is some sort of film about photography, perhaps one in which the intricacies of enlarging photos is explored. One considers the idea that perhaps it could be a thought provoking piece on the uses of the camera and how it can change it scene.

But that's a bunch of baloney. Blowup is more subtle than that.

The sequel, The 400 Blowups was even more insane than this film.
