Because of their incurable biases, the so-called experts at Wikipedia will probably never have an article about Deaf penalty. We are sorry they insist on being this lame.

Some pal invites you to a talentless ass clown's metal concert. That's the deaf penalty

In many countries in the world, the deaf penalty has been abolished, as well as in some of the states of the Disintegrated States of America. In some it is still practiced though. If it is performed by letting one sit on an electric chair, the electrodes are attached to both ears of the victim. If a gallows is used, the rope surrounds on of the ears in turn until the victim's ears are so much overstretched that he dies.
