For those with more Christian tastes, the so-called experts at Wikipedia have an article about Just Say No.

A campaign created in 1992 by Nancy Cartwright, creator of the Cartwheel. Gaining attention due to the Cartwheel's notoriety, and working at the behest of Oprah Winfrey, Cartwright used Just Say No to increase the National Obstinence Alert Levels to an all time high. The heightened national tension caused by the campaign increased the influx of new parishioners to the Church of Oprah ten-fold.
