Penis-on-a-stick, much like corn-dogs, shish-ka-bobs, your mum and other meats on sticks, was a fabulous (and pricy) delicacy once enjoyed by the Ancient Roman nobility, along with mouse turds and aardvark tongues. In recent years it has gained popularity with the Film Actors' Guild and current heads of state, including George W. Bush, Tony Blair, and the President of Freedonia, Groucho Marx.
