Petia

Petia is well-known inhabitant of Lithuania and he is about to invent a ground breaking invention that will change the World (or so has has claimed for several years). The vision is not clear yet, however, certain amount of Vodka gives some light in understanding it.

The general idea is to play compressed video stream using simple screwdriver and egyptian drum. No one is sure exactly how that's useful or even its purpose however that hasn't stopped local drunks people from buying him drinks to hear his drunken rantings visionary concepts resulting from this device.
